I took this photo on a work trip to Lira, Uganda. It was an adventure that started with a six hour car ride on the Gulu highway, then eating goat head stew with colleagues, and working seven days straight to cover events for FAO media. It ended with a night of dancing under a mango tree with new friends as bright as shining stars.
My photo was awarded at FAO Headquarters in Rome
